Course Overview

This 2-day workshop is designed to equip executives and managers with positive politics skills & techniques to get things done effectively through people around them while winning favors at work.

- Effectively manage the dynamics of groups and individual contributors on committees, projects and teams using mindset framing techniques.
- Work more effectively with direct reports using the power of Neuro Linguistic techniques.
Training Methodology
Highly interactive and skill-focused. It uses multiple training methods including lecturettes, self-reflection worksheets, microskill practices, experiential activities, role play/simulation, questionnaires, and small-group discussion.
